CHOOSE A PROGRAMME & UPLOAD A PHOTO 🎓

Choose your study programme, enter information about your educational background (e.g., secondary school diploma or bachelor's degree), and upload a passport-style photo measuring 35 × 45 mm.

The minimum photo size is 472 × 590 pixels, and the maximum file size is 5124 KB.

PAY THE APPLICATION FEE 💳

To activate your application, please pay the required application fee.

UPLOAD REQUIRED DOCUMENTS 📄

If you hold a Polish or Ukrainian secondary school certificate, enter your examination results in the candidate grades section and complete the required exam information.

If you hold a foreign secondary school certificate (other than Polish or Ukrainian) or a foreign diploma, upload scanned copies of the required documents in the “Attachments” section for your chosen study programme, or submit them in person (copies together with the originals for verification) to the Faculty Admissions Office.
