When will the registration for programmes conducted in English at the University of Rzeszów begin?

Registration of candidates for the 2026/2027 academic year will begin on March 2, 2026, and will be conducted in accordance with the approved admissions schedule until September 25, 2026. It is a continuous recruitment process. The first stage of the recruitment procedure is the candidate’s registration in the university’s admissions system.

How many study programmes can I apply for at the University of Rzeszów?

There is no limit to the number of programmes you can apply for at the University of Rzeszów. However, you should remember that if a candidate applies for admission to several programmes, they must pay a fee for each of them.

Are all English-taught programmes at the University of Rzeszów tuition-based?

All English-taught programmes at the University of Rzeszów are tuition-based for all candidates. Fees are charged in accordance with the annexes to the regulation on fees for educational services, available on the university’s website.

What is the application fee for studies in the 2026/2027 academic year?

Pursuant to the regulation of the Minister of Science and Higher Education concerning studies, the admission fee chargeable is: 85 złotych.

If I apply for several study programmes, do I have to pay multiple application fees or is one fee enough?

A candidate applying for admission to several study programmes pays an application fee for each programme separately or makes a single payment equal to the total sum of all required fees. An individual account number is assigned to each candidate’s account.

What is the difference between a compulsory subject and an additional subject?

A compulsory subject is a subject required in the admissions procedure. If this subject is not listed on the secondary school leaving certificate/maturity certificate, the candidate is not allowed to take part in the university admission process.

An additional subject is an optional subject in the admissions procedure. If a specified additional subject is not listed on the secondary school leaving certificate/maturity certificate, the candidate receives zero (0) points for this subject in the admissions process, but this does not exclude them from further participation in the qualification procedure.

What documents are required in the admission process for studies at the University of Rzeszów?

What level of English language proficiency is required?

A document confirming knowledge of the English language at a level not lower than B2 is required, in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Science and Higher Education on the types of documents confirming knowledge of the language in which studies are conducted.

Does the University of Rzeszów provide student dormitories?

For candidates from which countries is a document confirming knowledge of the English language not required?

A document confirming knowledge of the language is NOT required from EU citizens within the meaning of Article 2 point 3 of the Act of 14 July 2006 on the entry into, stay in, and departure from the territory of the Republic of Poland of citizens of EU Member States and their family members.

An EU citizen, in accordance with the Act on entry into the territory of the Republic of Poland, is a foreigner who is:
