Application Fee

In accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education, the application fee is PLN 85.

Important

Candidates applying for more than one study programme are required to pay a separate application fee for each programme.

The application fee must be paid to the individual bank account assigned to each candidate through the university’s online admissions system.

Please note that it may take up to 3 business days for the payment to be processed and recorded by the University.

Refund of the Application Fee

The application fee may be refunded only upon a written request submitted by the candidate no later than October 30, 2026, and only in the following cases:

  • The study programme was not opened due to an insufficient number of applicants, in accordance with the Rector’s decision.

  • The application fee was paid more than once for the same study programme.

  • The candidate withdrew from the admissions process through the university’s online admissions system before the end of the electronic registration period.

  • The application fee was paid after the deadline specified in the admissions schedule, and therefore the application was not accepted.

  • The payment was transferred to an incorrect bank account number.

Application fee refunds are granted only in the cases listed above and require a written request from the candidate.
